hi,
I know I know, this must have been asked before, I just cant seem to recall. I need to book our flights and according to the airline (QANTAS) if we have 2 year work visas, we can book one way tickets. Is this true?
Any advice please please

If you have a look at your visa it should say on it "outward passage waived" if it does a one way ticket is ok.

It is not possible to book a return ticket for more than a year, so any visas that are valid for more than a year have to be one way, there is no other option available.
As Jo says though, I would still check that your visa states "outward passage waived" just to be sure.

You should have no problems with one way flights, it happens all the time when people emigrate.
