Today my daughter asked me if i am still going, told her i am still thinking about it but not for at least a year,18 months before i go. Then she would be 15 or sixteen.

I found out today she is always arguing and fighting with her mum.. never with me!? And she asked me earlier tonight if she could come and stay with me if i go to NZ.

She also wants to come with me next year for 3 to 4 weeks. Told her school is more important

Had quick look on NZIS and seems she can only stay on 6 months VV? or can she stay as long i have WP/WV?

Told her if she is 16 she can stay with me where ever i am

I think if you want to do this then you have to have her listed as a dependant, then she would have to come out within a specified time to activate the visa. As I understand it then she can go back to the UK for a limited time (by which time she may be 16) before returning.
I would also like to say, rightly or wrongly, as a mum who has survived two teenage girls that she probably does argue more with her mum, (mum is the full time carer I presume) and is the one having to do the "NO" and "nag" thing all the time., and believe me, they take a lot of saying no to when they live with you full time.
