I am sure I would find some clarity regarding this on here :yes
Our applications for work visas has been with SA NZIS for 15 days. They have contacted my future empolyer to request evidence that he did try and recruit a kiwi/ south african in nz for the job (which he has done, and he sent them all the paperwork etc) They have now ref the app to the head office in uk. The job is not on the skilled shortage list but requires experty as it involves freight and a knowledge of the SA market. I have both! Why have they ref'd it to the uk???:confused: :confused:
