sorry- missed this! Will load up some more pics tonight but progress has been frustratingly slow of late. I think my one bit of advice to future would-be house builders is no to get a fixed completion date into the contract.

Not sure which thread it was but I read with the fixed date thingy they got their rent reimbursed if the fixed date came and went? Still, very curious to see how things are going :)
