Hi there
I am just thinking ahead to some family birthdays coming up - what do you guys do about sending gifts back home to the UK ?
Does anyone know of any good on-line gift shops that will gift-wrap and deliver ? For kids and adults
Any tips would be much appreciated !!
Cheers!

There is a 5% discount at the moment if you use the code CF5. There is also discount for ENZ members but I've forgotten the code sorry, but you get the same using the code above! :raebanana

We use www.amazon.co.uk, you just tick the giftwrap option at the end.
We also use www.thorntons.co.uk as well, both have been reliable.

We have used WHSmith in the past. They are happy to take a credit card just like any online merchant. There is a delivery fee if you need it, or the item can be collected from a nominated branch at no extra cost.

www.amazon.co.uk - good ole reliable amazon, but if you want books can I recommend www.rbooks.co.uk (the company I used to work for).
www.iwoot.co.uk - luurrve this site, great for fun/quirky/gadgety stuff
www.firebox.co.uk - good for 'boys toys'
www.gltc.co.uk - for kids stuff
www.elc.co.uk - as in Early Learning Centre
www.presentsformen.co.uk - also has a section called 'gifts for the girls'
www.play.com - not sure if they gift wrap but there is definitely no delivery charge within the UK so sometimes better deal to go with them than with Amazon
www.houseofbath.co.uk - for the more 'mature' family member
www.pasttimesmailorder.co.uk - quite 'traditional' gifts
I had a million and one shopping websites bookmarked at my old place of work, really wish I made a note of them all as I did the major of my Christmas shopping via the internet last year. Also can't guarantee that all of the above do gift wrap.
Happy shopping!

Also you could order from Next Directory. They do flowers, chocs & wine, as well as the usual clothes, baby stuff and some toys and nice home stuff!
For kids....mothercare and early learning centre are good.
Boots have stuff for whole family.
