Hi everyone
I would really appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction. I don't want the Immediate Skills Shortage list or the Long Term skills shortage list, but it seem that everywhere I look on the web, that is all I can find.

Don't understand your question. There isn't a, as you put it "absolute skills shortage list", i'm sure, and you will find that that terminology covers the LTSL.

Actually I've been looking for a list other than Long-term and Immediate skills shortages. According to the Dept of Corrections probation officers are on a list somewhere, but try as I might I can't find it. I do get easily distracted 'tho! And there's no reason for me to find it because it won't help our job situation, but it's my latest challenge to keep me busy on these long autumn/winter evenings..."What shall I do? Oh I know try and find Probation Officers on a skills shortage list..." Perhaps I should take up line dancing!

Hi Jent
I think the absolute skill shortage list is what the Long Term skills shortage list used to be called. However I could be wrong.
