Ok I've just looked up the Easter Holidays for 2008 and I'm confused :uhoh

Easter is Good Friday 21 March and the following Easter Mon and Tues 24/25 March are anniversary days.

That's fine BUT the school term for Primary runs until 18th April going back on 5 May. Is this right, that means Easter next year will not fall in the school holidays as it usually does ?

Need to get the right dates for relatives visiting.

Apparently not! :exit
I don't think 25 March is an anniversary day though.

Primary/intermediate school terms 2008:

Term 1
Between Tuesday 29 January (at the earliest); and Thursday 7 February (at the latest).
To Friday 18 April (98 - 110 half-days)

Term 2
Monday 5 May To Friday 4 July (88 half-days)

Term 3
Monday 21 July To Friday 26 September (100 half-days)

Term 4
Monday 13 October To No later than Friday 19 December (98 half-days) *

* Or to a day in December which ensures that the school has been open for instruction for 384 half-days in 2008.

It's the same here in the UK next year. Even our longer university holidays will not coincide for, I think, the first time ever! Very weird. Easter must be particularly early, or something?
