I've sent a few emails from Gmail, to people with Xtra accounts recently, which they haven't got.

Having asked around, I've been told that Xtra recently did some upgrades and its been causing problems.

Anyone else experienced problems with sending emails to people with Xtra?

Also it might be worth checking if anyone hasn't got back to you from an Xtra account, as they may not have received your email. And those on Xtra waiting for replies should probably check also. Of course they may just be ignoring you! :uhoh

Yep, but my problem (to the best of my knowledge) has been the exact reverse.

Yesterday, I sent and email to a friend of mine and she got it 5 times !!!!

Several other Xtra people I know can't receive attachments.

Anyone had a problem with Xtra and managed to get it resolved or get compensated? It must be very frustrating if you use it for a business.
