On the EOI our qualifications are on the recognised list, so have put yes.

M3a and put down the level.

The next question M4a asked hax the qualifications been assessed by NZ qualif authority, I have put no as I have not asked them specifically.

Is this right or should you put yes as it is on the list?

I know I sound stupid but want tomake sure I get it right.

Thanks all

I think you are right to answer "no", as you have not had quals assessed by NZIS. I have not been down this road myself, but from what others say on here, it can cost a fair bit to have it done.

My understanding of the situation, is that if your qualification is recongised, then it doesn't need to be assesed.

Jo,

Foolsgold99 is right, qualifications only need to be assessed if the institution you abtained them from is not on the recognised list for that qualification level (degree, honours degree etc.).

This from my own (successful) EOI:
"F4a. Has your qualification been assessed by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority?
No "

Cheers,

Mark. :P

I too asked the same question, but to NZIS. The answer was the same as all the above
