I sent my hard-earned income back to NZ via this company today and they made an error in the NZ/US exchange rate of more than 0.2. Fortunately I noticed the problem later in the day and called them up. The person was helpful - they did correct the problem eventually - but did not come forward and admit that a mistake was made until I pressed the point and asked for an explanation. In fact he initially attempted to tell me it was correct when in fact it was totally off the scale on their daily charts.
Be sure to uncheck the box that sets it to convert immediately on receipt, and when you call to settle on a rate do your research first. I had made several satisfactory transfers with them before and trusted their judgment - I was busy today and took the agent's word that the rate was competitive without checking.
