I am currently looking at getting a house built and dspite seeing various agents i get varying costs. I am looking at a 4 bed ,2 living areas 3 bathrooms etc, and am getting costs between $200 and $260,000.
Has anyone had a house built if so could you give me an idea of costs , hidden costs etc. I know every council has its own building costs but im looking maybe for those hidden extras or anything else that may bite me on my bum.
