Much to our amazement, my husband received his FBI Clearance Report in only thirteen days. This is good news to us especially since the FBI website stated it could take up to 3 - 4 months. Our next step is getting his medical. Going home is looking even closer now.

That is good news. Not sure when to apply for ours. Want it to be good if we end up having to go the visitor visa-> work visa->PR route (leaving for NZ in early April) , but we've also had our EOI accepted (10/10/07 no job, no LTSSL until March) so there may be an ITA in our future before we leave. :confused:

Maybe the middle of both worlds and try for February. :o

BkyMonster... We are applying for my husband's residency in NZ under the Partnership Category. All going well we will be back in NZ by April, 2008.
