20 point in my EOI come from my partners qualification etc.

• An NZQA Preliminary Assessment Result ( PAR ) or NZQA Qualification Assessment Report ( QAR ) of your and/or your partner’s qualification(s) unless the qualification(s) is included in the List of Recognised Qualifications ( NZIS 1080 ) .Please note NZQA Qualification Assessment Report will be required before your application can be approved "

Since our application will be processed in Beijing, and My Masters degree is from Beijing as well, we have to assess our qualification from China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Centre (CDGDC).

Under these situations
Does my partner aslo need full NZQA assessment?

When we were at your point, my OH did not need his City & Guilds Certificates assesed because they were listed. but because mine were not we sent them for a Pre-Assesment, and NZIS suggested that they were fully assessed (they were NVQ Admin types L2 etc) - they didn't allow us 5 points in the end for mine, but I have a certificate stating that my Level 2 courses are actually a Level 3 in NZ, and it has been useful when applying for jobs.
