Hi all
We had our PR approved on the 22nd october and finally had sight of the wonderful blue stickers on our passports yesterday. Seemed like it was taking ages,though retrospectively it wasn't so bad after all and the case officer was quite good after all.
We reach wellington on the 19 of november,though leave the uk on the 7th nov.
Only gripe is haven't been able to sell the house-lets hope for the best.

peebles16 We are going to keep it on the market for sale and also look for a tenant thru a letting agency and whoever(if at all) comes first wins.We are going to request our immediate neighbour and a couple of work colleagues to keep an eye on the house and hopefully the estate agents will also let us know if any problems creep up.
We would be grateful for any tips/advice from people in our situation.

As for the house We signed power of attorney over to our solicitor and used an agent we really trusted. Although there have been problems with the chain both the solicitor and estate agent have kept in touch regularly by e-mail.
