I have picked up some bits and pieces by reading previous posts but would like to ask this question directly: What sorts of benefits should someone in a Senior Management (Director, VP) position expect to receive as part of their employment package? We're probably talking about a fairly small company, if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance!

Cardy, sounds like you have yourself quite the sweet deal! I'm sure what you have described is not common but I hope it is not too rare!

I work in a very specialized industry - so specialized that I hestitate to mention it until this deal goes one way or the other.

Thanks

Well good luck with it anyway. I was a specialist in industrial diamond tools and travelled europe but couldnt get a job doing that in NZ:nice1 so tried a few new things. i worked for a big diy store as a member of the management but have just gone into plumbing.

car+petrol+parking, life insurance, pension and bonus are certainly pretty common in the more senior levels. we have discounted but not free medical insurance too.
