OH has finally decided that we are definitely moving to NZ :raebanana and is now all fired up to get the house cleared and is deciding what to take and what to leave.

I have also had an estate agent in today to value the house and he gave me a price that was identical to what we had hoped so that was really positive. Now we know that we should have enough money to bring with us to buy a reasonable property.:D

Now we just need to get our EOI submitted, ITA sorted, OH's redundancy package sorted & then we can book flights and will be on our way:clap
