Is there anyone on this Forum who works at a Bank and knows the ins and outs of Mortgages ? Or anyone who could give me some advice ?
I am in a very complicated situation, whereas I am a joint owner of a property with my mum and sister, and a mortgage has been gotten out on the property , and monies drawn out against the mortgage !!
This is a very complicated situation to which I am seeing my Bank Manager about on Wednesday, I am just hoping for some pointers to see if I have the correct information
If anyone feels they maybe able to offer me some advice, please could you PM me :wah

Have you read Avalon's sticky money thread or searched any of her threads for references?

She's the forum money guru and although she doesn't hang out here much (if at all) any more, she's posted lots of good advice about mortgages, banks, and property buying.

Take all the paperwork you have to show the bank manager and maybe write yourself some pointers, so that you don't miss anything crucial.

Thanks for recommending Avalon, she PM ed me a couple of days ago. Fortunately everything worked out well re Bank Manager so touch wood all will be okay !
For someone reason your reply to my question didn't come up on the New Posts, only realised someone answered when Avalon got in touch with me.
