We emigrated from England in January 07 and are both working in Real Estate Sales in Wellington. We thought it might be helpful to put together some information for people intending to come to NZ or recently arrived to assist in understanding how the rental & real estate markets operate here and some of the potential pitfalls. We would hopefully answer any questions you have & would make this freely available.

Can we ask for your opinion please as to whether you think this would be worthwhile and if so whether you have any points you would like to see covered.

Not being in NZ though, it is very difficult to think of things that would be different, etc.

I think if you look at the questions people here have been asking then that would give you a good idea of what we'd like to know.

Sorry not to be more helpful but I'm on my way to NZ for a recce - going tonight - yippee aye oh!!!
