It has been 2 weeks since we have been interviewed by the CO. haven't heard anything from her so far. Do you guys think I should follow up with her or 2 weeks is just the normal waiting period?

I would send off a "thank you for the interview" note ASAP if you didn't do so already. I'm not sure how much normal waiting times are, but I know some uni vacancies here, for example, indicate that it takes 2-3 weeks to get shortlisted, then 2-3 weeks for interviews to take place, then another couple of weeks for either further shortlisting or choosing of final candidate...whew....what a process.
