I am a mine of stupid questions I know.

Does your EOI have to have been submitted a few weeks before you are eligible for the next selection process, or can it go in just before selection day.

I am cutting it fine as not finished yet, just fine tunning, and selection day wednesday.

As far as I know you are eligable up to the day the selection is made, so if you get it in by Tuesday you should be fine.

a bit of side info that might be of use:
We submitted our EOI a few days before the selection (and saw the payment being made). A day later I realised I'd made a mistake on my sister's date of birth - PANIC! However, after a bit of fiddling I worked out how to withdraw the EOI, edit it and re-submit it. The EOI was then selected a day later.

My point is, if you score 100 (or more) points, the chances are you will be withdrawn from the pool. The numbers being selected are dropping even though the points score has remained at 100 for the last ten draws. So as long as you meet the requirement, get into the pool (you gotta be in it to win it !). Any 'fine tuning' for extra points probably isn't really necessary at the moment, at least until the pass mark starts to rise. If you're not selected first time you have another 13 days to edit your EOI to your heart's content.

At least that's the way I see it (probably missed something obvious :oops: )

Just locked myself out of the system got the password wrong, there must be something wrong I know I had it right.

Well I am not taking this as a sign that I should not apply. Was going to submit today for draw tomorrow. Will have to ring NZIS up and see if they can reinstate me.

Four letter words come to mind but the computer cannot be wrong I believe.
