I'm a Malaysian looking for a job in NZ. I wonder if I look for a job after 1 to 2 years in my current company would be consider as frequent jumping of jobs? Is that one of the main thing employers in NZ would consider? Also does it matter to a lot if i'm not working in a multinational company? Would that hinder my opportunities of securing a job in NZ?
Thank you very much.

Hi and welcome....just going through old posts as I havent been online for a while and stumbled accross yours so thought I would reply and bring it back to the top of the pile!

I am sure there are others that would like to say hello!!

I don't think changing jobs after one or two years is seen as a bad thing anymore as it is increasing your experience and working your way up the ladder, I think employers would think you have aspirations and goals and they are qualities they are probably looking for in future employees...

Hope this helps a little
