Given that oil is just shy of US$100 a barrel, I'm curious as to what price people are actually paying for petrol in their own respective countries just now.

It's been a couple of weeks since I last filled up, but then I was paying NZ$1.69 for a litre of super. Seeing that petrol in the UK has just passed a pound a litre (which at current rates works out at NZ$2.73 per litre  ), I'm curious what people in other countries are paying. (for anyone in the US, there are roughly 3.8 litres to a US gallon).

About 150 Yen, so a couple of cents more than NZ.

Any more Peak Oil believers out there?

Us $3.30.-
Hmmm, so that's around NZ$1.12 for a litre - not actually as cheap as I expected it to be in the US.

That's per gallon isn't it? Or have you already converted it?

As I mention before $3:30./per gallon
1 US gallon = 3.7854118 liter

I remember when I moved to California in 1997 it was 0.99 cent!:D
