Fellow Forum Members,

Greetings, my family and I are looking at filing the EOI for our migration to New Zealand next year. We're real excited! We know it may be a roller-coaster ride, at least as far as emotions go. ;)

Right now we have 115 points on our EOI. In your opinion, and given the recent selection criteria, is this enough to be selected? Or is it likely to be passed over?

Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and opinions! If you have any experiences to tell us about, that would be great!

Sincerely,
Brian -

You never can tell, people have got in with that number, and this time of year would appear to be more fruitful for lower points totals, but it's a hard one to call.

One thing's for sure though, if you don't submit it you won't get in at all.

Good Luck

I applied with 140 but got it bumped down to 115. Got selected anyway, so I'd say yes, it's worth it. As BBB says, if you don't apply then you'll definitely not get selected.
