Hi,
We have a one bedroom self contained flat on the ground floor of our family home in Khandallah. It is ideal for people emigrating/looking to emigrate to Wellington.
Khandallah is a Wellington city suburb. It is a hilly area at the base of Mount Kaukau with views overlooking the harbour and CBD. Khandallah has excellent bus and train links and it's only 5 minutes by car down the hill to Wellington CBD, State highways 1 and 2 and the ferry terminals to visit the South Island. The village itself offers a supermarket, post office, pharmacy, 2 coffee shops and 2 restaurants.
