Hi

I am posting this in desperation. Only 7 week until we leave for New Zealand and still no accommodation.
We're a small family - just me, my wife and our 3 month old daughter and a small well behaved dog named Pip. I start work in Dunedin on the 4th of February 2008; we're flying to NZ on 31st December and we hope to be in Dunedin by the 7th January.
We're looking to find a nice, clean and child friendly rental property, in a friendly community in Dunedin.
We're both non-smokers, tidy and reliable. We could provide great references, if required.
If anybody knows of such a property we would like to hear from you.

Hi Sue and Kev

Thank for the tip. There are indeed many properties available. Nevertheless, It is finding the one property that would suit a 5 months old baby and a small dog.
It is frustrating if the Landlords except dogs he is usually not bothered by smokers either and the properties seem somewhat tatty.

I suppose we just have to keep on looking.
