Hi there - havent been on this forum in 2yrs as I got cold feet and we didnt make the move - however we have just visited for a month back in October and I am now convinced. Whakatane is our chosen destination - house is on the market and I have a job interview next week - this is where the aaaagghh bit comes in. All help gratefully received over peoples experiences of these conference call interviews, and particularly any help around the Maori diversity and integration questions.
