I have been looking at the NZ London processing times since my ITA was sent on the 14th Oct. At that time and up until a couple of days ago, it stated:
"As an example, for the week ending 5th October 2007, we are allocating files lodged up to and including 25th July 2007"

It changed to:
"As an example, for the week ending 9th November 2007 we are allocating files lodged up to and including 25th July 2007"

Basically, if this is right, it means that they have not improved form the 5th October. Anyone else noticed this??

Anyone that has sent ITA after 25th July been allocated a CO????

Thanks
Nick

Our ITA was received by NZIS London on 9th July. On 5th November (just under 4 months), I called the premium rate phone line to check up on the status (it cost £15!) They told me that it had been assigned to a case officer. I'm not sure when it was assigned, but it gave us some peace of mind that at least we know it's sitting in someone's in-tray!

I reckon that if you submitted your ITA without a job offer, it's probably going to take around the 3 month mark to be assigned to a case officer.

The whole process is very frustrating, but at least we get to watch another series of Strictly Come Dancing before we leave!
