hello to all, I wondered if anyone can help with a few questions. Is it wise to go through the whole process before attempting to secure a job or would you say secure a job first. Are there any tips when applying to potential employers? or is it just a case of apply for anything and everything, I work for a youth offending team with young people who commit offences, I would love to stay in this proffesion, but the old saying 'needs must' springs to mind.

The most difficult and stressful part of the process for many people is selling their property - if you have a job offer and have to be in NZ by a certain date then be aware the property market is reeeealllllyyy slooooooooooooww at the moment.

If you don't have a property - then I'd say - look for a job first.

I also think agents are a waste of money.

We are going for a job offer before we complete our application - good luck!
