Hi all

Have got a proposition to manage (do it all) a motel

Base Payments fortnightly at $40K.
a small 2 bedroom apartment
Furnishings and use of washer & dryer
Full utilities, basic phone, rates, digital sky and unlimited broadband use in apartment.

do you think this is enough for a family 2 + 1 (16y)

Taking into consideration that with this job we won't have time for much outdoor extra expenses or activities.

Some of the veterans here will be better suited to answer but personally I'd think that as long as you can get the work permit and be there, you can pretty much start with that and get a better job within the year. The hard thing is getting the permit and getting there isnt it? :)
