and waiting
and waiting
and waiting.........
ARGH, it's doing my head in. Especially when you look at the timeframes on their website. For the week ending the 9th Nov we are currently up to the 25th July...............
ARGHHHHHH
This is definately one of the harder parts of the process 'cause your life is on hold until you know what is happening. Will we, won't we, might we, can we, should we..........:no I'm driving me and my hubby crazy;)

With you all the way Myrrk. We need a Forum Funny Farm thread to keep us sane. It's so infuriating because under any other circumstances we'd be complaining at the slow service! This has got to be some weird psychological experiment. How far can you push a potential immigrant?

lol Lockstock. looks like you are going to be on your way soon though so congrats on having the kahoonas to just go for it.
Today I want to go to NZ, yesterday I wasn't sure, who knows what tomorrow will bring hehe.
On the plus my hubbie is getting cracking on the job front out there and applying for loads of jobs so if he gets one things could move quickly.

I don't want to put a damper on things but I thought that when I got the job offer (over 3 weeks ago now and notified NZIS immediately) things would start moving. Still waiting.....
You don't think they've got anything against people living in Wales do you!!!!

This is all a bit worrying, apart from the fact that OH is Welsh :D I do hope they don't have anything against the Welsh, we NEED to be in NZ for 22nd Jan for him to start his job, as yet we've not even submitted the ITA, hoping to do this by end of week
Have you all got job offers which NZIS knew about? as we were told it would be fast tracked now I'm thinking how fast do they call fast :uhoh

No we didn't have a job offer when we submitted our ITA and still don't in fact.
I'm just confused that the timescales haven't changed on the website for ages. If anything the timeframes are getting longer. Ho hum.
Ah well, better to be forewarned lockstock. We won't go out to NZ without a job but we probably would without PR. After all other than my high cholesterol there is nothing on our ITA to stop us from getting PR and I'm sure the cholesterol thing can be worked through......she says hopefully.
