Well, it's taken me ages, but I finally got around to getting a good panorama shot of the North of Auckland.

So here, for any one who wants an idea of what Auckland looks like, are two panorama shots taken from the same place (One Tree Hill).

One looks North covering the upper harbour, Mount Eden, the Skytower, Rangitoto and the Tamaki basin (with the outer islands of the Hauraki gulf in the distance).

The other is looking South, covering Penrose (the Bombay hills are in the background), Onehunga, Mangere the Manukau Harbour and across to the Waitakeres.

I've included links to the shots as they're huge - but they should (just) fit in a browser window so you can scroll across them.

I haven't taken any panorama shots when I was in Auckland. But here are few ones.. First one is of the boardwalk near Kelly Tarltons.. Second is the view of the harbour Third is of Mt. Eden
