We are moving out of our rental apartment shortly and are looking for a anyone interested in taking it on.
Apartment is one bedroom plus study overlooking Hagley park in city centre Christchurch. Fully furnished (everything you will need) and is of reasonably high spec. Includes underground parking, pool, gym, tennis.

We move out on Dec 15th but will have to pay lease through to Jan 7th. Rent is NZD425/week and will negotiate. This is chance to live at low rent for three weeks with option to take up lease with landlord.
