:( No still waiting.

Have taken a bit of gamble and booked flights for April - figure that me and my family have a good case and when we arrive getting job will speed it all up anyway.

Looking forward to hearing about the September 29ers to start receiving their ITA

I'm a Sept 29er. Decision Successful came to us on Nov 29/30 then the ITA pack arrived on Dec. 23. Our case officer is from Bangkok.
We hope to submit the applicationbefore January ends.

at least we know they are coming. was starting to wonder...

while its great to able to pull everything together we are still in limbo - thanks to security clearance from canada. i haven't even been able to verify if they recieved it in early dec - going mad. if they did and their grand statements of 150+ processing days are correct the earliest it will come is LATE APRIL.

everything i've read from potential canadian immigrants says NIGHTMARE. puts nz into perspective...

We too were picked on 29th Sept. Our stats are:

EOI submitted: 20th Sept 2004
EOI selected: 29th Sept 2004
Points: 105, No Job Offer (prof. grad, part qual accountant)
Decision Successful: 20th Dec 2004
ITA dated: 31st Dec 2004
ITA received: 6th Jan 2005 (no case officer though)
UK Police checks applied: 8th Jan 2005
Medicals booked: 4th March 2005
Overseas Police check: 7th Feb 2005
Will submit ITA: Before 2nd April (re new med system)
Plan to be in NZ: Sept 2006 (or before)

Have no idea why some seem to move quicker than others. Initial letter from Singapore, but ITA package franked from NZ House in London. May have to submit application without overseas police check, not to miss 4 month deadline and also not to have to undergo new medical procedures from 4 April 2004.

For those hoping to book medicals soon, the centre I'm using in Cambridge said they would stop all NZ medicals by first week in March, so as to have a distinct gap between the new and old system. So if anyone's going to book soon, you should check with your chosen centre ASAP incase they are doing something similar.

Good luck to all :hopeso
