Could anyone working in NZ advise what the feeling is about the worth of a UK post-registration nursing degree. When I had my telephone interview having this qualification on top of my diploma didn't seem to get any extra wow factor.

Had anyone found they needed to do the NZ equavalent to make a difference to their career?
