My working visa is in progress and i am waiting for it
I have job offer and the company that i will work are doing visa works for me
When i accepted their job offer it was about 6 month ago and on that time they asked me if i want to come alone or i want to come with my wife
On that time i was single but know i want to get married
I need help
Can i move to NZ when i get my visa and then apply visa for my wife ?
How long it will takes ?
I really need help

I think it will be critical to be able to prove that you have been in a stable relationship for 12 months prior to lodging the application.
It shouldn't be taking as long as it is for your own work permit application, though.

But suppose i move to NZ - i work for 1 year then i decide to get married because i can not stay single for all my life :)
Then for sure i want to bring my wife with myself
is it so hard ?

Well my wife and I have been married for 10 years, together for 12, have 3 children together and we still have to prove that we have been in a stable relationship for the past 12 months to be allowed in on the same principle application.
So I suppose yes, it is so hard. But seen from the point of view of New Zealand Immigration it does make sense.

Best thing to do would be to go to www.immigration.govt.nz and look through their requirements for proving a relationship. You would have to be living with the person, and proof is through financial interdependence, public declarations, photographic proof, sharing an address, correspondence etc etc.
If you were merely (!) dating this would not be enough of a relationship for the purpose of immigration.

I guess you could enquire with them, but it is still NZ Immigration issueing permits, so it is their policy we need to satisfy, and the onus will still be on you to provide relationship proof etc. I do not think the company will get any preferential treatment by doing the application for you.
As a separate issue, can I ask why your application for a work permit is taking so long? With permits taking around 30-60days 6 months seems out of the ordinary.
