we require a 3+ bed house/ apartment for approx 6 months from may 2005. needs to be central. if anyone knows of anything decent avail around then pls pm us (the DIRE RENTALS logs have us worried). if anyone is going out early to buy and prefers not to leave property empty in interim we'd be happy to housemind.

When you say central, for what purpose? Will you be working in the CBD or do you just want to be in the centre of town for other reasons? Will you have a car and therefore be able to get around easily, or will you be relying on public transport? Any other requirements (close to parks/beach etc)? Also, may be a bit of a personal question, but what are you bidgetting for rent wise? (PM if would prefer). Although we are on a long term rental, idle curiosity means that we are keeping a close eye on the rental and purchase market.
