I'm a mexican girl willing to move to NZ and have a lot of doubts! I hope you guys can help me with some useful advices.

I've been reading about the working visas and all that stuff, but I find it a bit funny (strange)" If you want to get a working visa, you need a job offer... but in order to get a job offer, employers request you to have a working visa ¿? :confused: "

I found this web site and all good advices are warmly welcome ( I really will appreciate them, since i have the feeling to be lost or at least I don't really know what's the best way though this process.

Many people have had this problem. I'm sure someone will chime in with some suggestions.

depending on your circumstances you may want to look into other visas that are available. I believe I read somewhere that people from mexico are eligible for student grants through new zealand if you want to pursue a degree under a student visa. Plus if you wanted to stay longer you would already be in the country, and I've heard it's much easier to find a job if you're already in the country.
