Hi guys!

Let me see if i got it right...
the common opinion at the forum ( as far as I've been reading ) is that it's much easier to find a job / or get a job offer being already in NZ...

But here's my question... Shall I start the process, sending my EOI and all the papers, even without having a job offer?

I thought having a job offer was sort of a main issue to get the Working Visa...

Although at the moment I have a good job in MEX, I'm really willing to move to Auckland but I wouldn't like to quit to my actual job for " nothing" if you know what I mean.

I'd made my mind and I know NZ is the right place I want to be; but i'm all lost and don't really knowwhere I could start with all this process to make it come true.. Pls pls I really will appreciate some advices or guidelines
Thks!! a lot!

everything is depending on what your profession is and if you live in a city with heaps of work that you can apply for and if you have any local referees.
I started in a small town and had no local referees, took me a year to get a work. I am not native english and did not go for same level of work that I had done previously just because of lack of langauge qualifications.
I tried to get any work, cleaning, gardening, agriculture and no one wanted to hire me since it was under my qualifications!
I did then do a CV where I did down grade myself and finally got a work and worked my way up to be on same level as I was before geting to NZ.
Once having a local referee from any kind of work then it was open doors :)

If you have excellent communication skills and Caucasian, I don't think there will be any problems in finding a job.... (that's just my observation - because I have a lot of Asian friends, graduates and all, yet took them years to get a decent job)
