Hi All,

I was wondering if you could answer a quick question - my dad had his EOI selected from the pool late last year and was successful but he withdrew it after having second thoughts. Now after visting the country we were wondering how feasible it would be to reactivate the EOI if this was atall possible? Would this be a route he could go down or is there a time limit on how long it is before he has the fill in another EOI and restart the whole process?

Any info would be very much appreciated.....

I imagine this will depend on whether the EOI was withdrawn from the pool entirely, or just voluntarily deselected and returned to the pool. It must surely be the first possibility (otherwise it would keep getting selected every time the criteria included your Dad's points), so this would mean starting the process from scratch, which in reality is resubmitting the same EOI and paying the fee again.
Anyone else on the forum have any experience with this?

I have now submitted my 3rd EIO on dec 6th and my ITA arrived on jan 12th, so i dont think it will be any problem, only having to pay for it again.
