Hi All,

Well wee made the move to Napier, bought a car and found a house in the last 5 days. Weŕe moving in on Wednesday, and need recommendations for phone and power companies.

For the phone, I don´t care about calls costs, but am after low line rental and good broadband internet plans.

As far as electricity, I just want the cheapest possible.

Any recommendations much appreciated. I know this has probably been covered in previous posts, but I relying on my motel´s fairly expensive timed net access and don´t really have the time to search properly :-)

Hi

We went with Telecomm for mobiles when we first got here and have since changed back to Vodafone, Telecom i feel are next to useless. Unfortunately, we are with them for internet, but looking to change to ihug asap as every so often, they slow you down if you go over your usage but never bother to tell you........

As regards electricity, we were with Contact at our first house as it was a rental and had to go with these, but since moving to our own house, we are with Energy Online which i find ok.
