Royal Brunei Seat Pitches Business = 57", Economy = 32"

Can't give any personal advice but you could check out Royal Brunei reviews (http://www.airlinequality.com/Forum/rba.htm)

Dry airline I believe; wouldn't get me on a plane without a beer :D

I know one person that flew with them, said the service was good, but like Incredible Hulse said, no beer..... (she was gutted as she was in business class too and any other airline would have been handing out champers!)

Hi Marie,
Friends of mine flew over to Auckland 3 years ago with them and they said never again.
To start with the plane was 2 hours late leaving Heathrow due to some dispute over the cleaning of the aircraft, toilets were blocked apparently.
Then no alcohol. which is no problem for some and not good for others. The plane was clean but quite old and there was no individual entertainment.
They then stopped at Dubai and had to go through customs and immigration before getting on another plane, then on to Brunei for another plane change and then onto Brisbane for yet another plane change. I am not sure if this has changed as this was 3 years ago. I think altogether it was about 36 hours each way.
