Hi All,

Quick intro from the Walker family. We're currently selling our house in Basingstoke and moving to Christchurch.
I'm a kiwi returning home (after nearly 10 years), and my wife and children are all Basingstoke born and bred.
No doubt the questions and comments from us will start flowing over the next few months as we start nearing our leaving date (probably early April). I look forward to hearing from any of you already in Christchurch and meeting you for a beer once we land and find our feet.

Welcome to the forum :clap I know (knew?!) Basingstoke, city of roundabouts, quite well when I was at school in Winchester - ahhh the chlorine of the shopping mall! :p (which, surely, has been demolished?!).

We're just outside Chch and a good stopping off place for Hot Choc (or beers!) after the slopes :nice1

We've been here 3.5 years now and are loving it down here.
