Many thanks both of you. We're just heading down the road of looking at rentals and because of some of the stories on here about how bad the stock is in NZ any new information is always thankfully received.

I got that web address off this site :

If you go there it gives you hundreds of links to other property & rental sites. You may need to do abit of trawling through all the info but I think it may be of some use to you.
