Hi Jade,
Make sure you go through it very carefully. We have never had a correct bill yet. There is always something on there that shouldn't be there . Last month we were charged for call waiting which we do not have and the previous month we were charged for international calls to Dubai which were nothing to do with us.It wouldn't surprise me if we get charged for calls to the moon next.:uhoh

We had the same experience already, and we've only had one bill! They had this special offer on the internet if you sign up for broadband, something like two months free, and they didn't take it off the bill at all.
After much hassle and sending emails as proof back and forth, they agreed to take it off after all.
So yup, read carefully :)
