We have our ginger monsters!! We went to Auckland airport at 5.30 am to collect them. A few bits of paper to sign, a few dollars to hand over, a walk from cargo to customs in the main building and back again and then to the crates. They went bonkers - and so did I.

We all together again now even if they can't work out the heat. Golden Arrow shippers did a fantastic job. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Off to register the dogs at the council offices.

bedding destruction - $5 each
clearance single animal - $28.70 each
facility fee non produce - $5.62 each

you'll have to do your own maths!!!

That's MAF bio-security and then the NZ Airlines disbursement fee of $33.75 cash (one-off)

It's a bit of a learning curve but to be honest you're going to be so glad to get your pets back you'll pay anything! Cash is best - I think cards or cheque mught confuse them!
