Hi All,
The estate agent came round today to put the details together for the house sale, so from Monday we are officially "on the market". It might be a little premature as we don't have PR (yet :hopeso :hopeso :hopeso :hopeso ) but at least we'll get to see if there is any interest. :uhoh
So, to us anyway, another milestone has been reached, just hope we can get all the relevant medical information to the panel doctor so we can get the application submitted in the next week or so. :hopeso
Mark. :P

Hey Mark

We will be having ours valued as soon as the hall carpet gets fitted.
:hopeso
But it won't be worth outting on the market till we come back from our hols in April

we still have the workmen around. my son now greets them like they are long-lost chums. we cant even take photographs yet...
then again, selling the house is immaterial when the ita has disappeared into the belly of royal mail. special delivery? sigh. we are still trying to retrieve it.

Mark,
One small step - one giant leap!! and so it gets to the house selling.
It is nice to hear that you've took the plunge without the PR - we did that and in the end it paid dividends because by the time we had a buyer and completion date ( 4 months from putting it on) we had pr and had booked flights etc.
Try not to worry about PR not getting to you before house sale - you can always rent somehwere ( which was what we intended to do ) or bunk in with the inlaws ( what we actually did) until you fly off into the sunset.
Sending you good luck
Love
Linda xxxx

Mark,
We also had the board up last Wednesday for the first time :P As with yourselves, we don't have PR yet, but submitting ITA next week ( :hopeso :hopeso )
We had a few "browsers" on Thursday and then some guys yesterday that seemed really interested - but it means nothing until an offer arrives!
Good luck with it :nice1

Thanks everyone! We haven't put the board up yet, it will just be with the agent and on the Internet (soon to be Internit!!! :nice1) until we get the golden ticket, I don't want to tempt fate too much!!
Dan, I'm sure your house will sell soon :hopeso.

Good luck.
We are just waiting for out house to sell, been on the market for just over 3 weeks with only one viewer.
Its slow and frustrating.
Couldn't put in on any sooner as we need the carpets to be fitted, if could have, we would have.
