Hello everyone. I'm planning to submit my EOI next week but I'm having a little difficulty writing some information with regards to my work experience. I work in a bank and held 2 positions at different departments. Should I write the longest position held or both? Another one is the name of the contact person. Should I write the name of the person in HR or my immediate supervisor? Hope you can help me.

Include both positions and claim points for the total time worked in the banking sector regardless of departments!

Thank you very much for the quick reply. One more question, should I post it separately or should I just the word "and" in between. Example bank teller 'and' systems analyst.

Were the posts concurrent? If so use 'and' otherwise perhaps not. Also were you qualified as a systems analyst while you were a teller?

No, the positions were not concurrent. I became a systems analyst after my stint as a teller.

hi from a kababayan!
you can put in all your work experiences, by the time your eoi is selected, you will have to prove you did those work experiences, so i'd say, keep all those memos and letters of recommendations and certificates from the boss or exec vp, and you'll need to show NZ these docs to prove you are what you say you are. sounds FBI-ish, but at least we can tell NZ that we're not inept or useless! :laugh
ARe you married? will your husband go with you also?
you go girl! :nice1

I think you should include all your work experience and justify it if questioned along the lines that this was all experience gained in the banking sector, i.e. being a teller gives you a unique insight into the way in which banks operate that you can apply in you role as systems analyst therefore all this experience is relevant to you job in this sector!
Good luck
