I appear to be having simple but frustrating problems on the EOI. One of which is under proof identity. My children are all born in the USA but when I put the month and year they were born for length of time in the USA, I keep getting a the date entered must be on or after date born. (or similar the site is so slow now I am having a hard time going back to get the exact wording) Anyone run into this?

Probably a silly question but I ran into a couple of times, as I would forget. Are you putting in day/month/year and not month/day/year?

In this case there is only a month and year box.

Is this Question P10? Please list all countries, including all countries of citizenship, _____ has lived in for a total of 12 months or more in the last 10 years. Include all countries where ________stay has been broken by any departures.

I had this same problem with my 11 month old son - he hasn't lived anywhere for a year! I rang the helpline and they said just leave it blank which seemed to work.

Problem solved. I don't know why but both of my children's birthdates had been changed to November. November is certainly not what I entered months ago, which was the last time I did anything in the EOI. I have fixed the birthdays and now their residence time works correctly. I am guessing the website was so slow due to people trying to make the EOI deadline and caused me to miss it.:( Well there is always next time.:)
