Hi,

We are moving to Auckland. I will arrive in early Feb. I have a place to stay for 2 weeks or so, but then I will need a place for myself and later my family (wife and 4 y/o).

We are looking for something within walking distance of the Auckland Hospital and the University that is furnished for the first 4 months, then we will want to find something outside the CBD when we know the areas better (and our container arrives).

Has anyone had good experiences with a real estate agent or agency?

Any particular buildings downtown that people like or don't like?

Thank you,

Chris

Their are a couple of apartments that have furnished and unfurnished options in Whitaker Place of Symonds street near the Grafton Bridge.
There are also apartments on the Newmarket side of the hospital which could also suit your needs.
