Hi everyone,

I've been thinking for some time now that I'd quite like to start work again but I'm not sure what doing. I've been a PA all my working life which I have enjoyed but having sampled the stay at home mum role I'm not sure if being a PA is what I want any more. I really enjoy being there for our son and taking him to and from school and having more than an hour or so before he goes to bed at night to do stuff with him.

I'm quite a 'people person' and am pretty organised so does anyone have any suggestions of something I could do that would fit around school hours? Or does anyone have any suggestions of where to start looking for part time jobs on the North Shore in Auckland?

The obvious thing is try and get a post as a Teacher Aide, whatever hours they can offer to start with. Marie is a good one to ask about that as its what she does.
